Rice County Coalition for Children and Families (RCCCF) hosted a "Let's Taco 'Bout It' booth at the Sterling, KS Main Street event, Pots & Pedals.

The booth focused on exchanging mental health surveys for walking tacos.

Mental health surveys are part of a grant provided by Centene, through The Center for Counseling and Consultation. Each community member that completed a mental health survey would receive a free walking taco.

The tacos were provided by a grant from Walmart in Hutchinson, KS.

"Our goal is to gather as much data as possible from Rice County residents, so we can get funding for valuable resources," said Raechel Manley, RCCCF's Community Mobilizer.

The coalition also hosted a "Win a Water" station where community members had to answer questions about drug and alcohol use in Rice County.
